I am not sure where this notion started that children shouldn’t exist in society and in places where adults also enjoy being, but here is your sign that there are people who do support (nay encourage) bringing the kids out with you for an adventure in our great city. After more than a decade of working in the real estate industry, getting licensed has long felt like a natural next step 🏡 Alas, I have small kids, work part-time, volunteer, serve on committees, and run #tourdecincinnati , so it has taken me nearly three years to complete classes and finally take and pass the exam. But I did it!! ✨ Between my expertise about Cincinnati, its neighborhoods, and community; my love for design, decor, and architecture; a decade+ doing real estate marketing; and @cincimolly and @limper.sara ’s combined ~30 years experience working with clients to help mentor me along the way, I feel great about this pivot and next move in my career (no real estate pun intended). I am very grateful to have been working with one of my best friends of more than 25 years (Sara) and her business partner (Molly) for the last several years; for them believing in my creativity and giving me the freedom to produce content for their brand. I am very excited to see where we can go from here 🫶🏻 [I will still be doing marketing and social media for @havenhomegrp and, in the immediate, plan to offer some relief to them where licensing is required.]

July is Disability Pride Month! 🤟🏻 It is an opportunity to honor the history, achievements, experiences, and struggles of the disability community. July marks the anniversary of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), which is a law that protects people with disabilities from discrimination. Accessibility helps to reduce and overcome barriers that people with disabilities might face in everyday life. Accessibility means making information, activities, and/or environments sensible, meaningful, and usable for as many people as possible.
