Peri Peri Masala Poha
Ingredients
Oil 2 1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 7-8
Green chilli 3
Peanuts 2 tbsp
Onion 4 medium
Turmeric powder 1/2 TSP
Peri Peri Masala 1/4 TSP
Poha or flattened rice 1 1/2 cup
Fresh coriander
Salt for taste
Preparation
Step 1. In a pan it heat up some oil once oil is heated at in mustard seeds curry leaves and some finally chopped green chillies let the mustard crackle and let the green chillies Turner Little white once it is done at in peanuts and roasted until the peanuts are roasted a little bit.
