Veg. Cigarette Rolls

Ingredients -
Wheat flour, corn flour, chilli flakes, oregano, garlic powder, salt, cheese, VEEBA Chipotle sauce, carrot, cabbage, capcicum, spring onions, corn.
. Recipe-
To make dough:
Take 2 cup wheat flour, add 1/2 cup corn flour, add chilli flakes and oregano 1/2 spoon , salt as per taste and bind them by adding water as required. And rest the dough for 15 mins
For filling:
Take a bowl add fine chopped carrots, capcicum, cabbage,spring onions
Add pinch of salt
Grated cheese 1/2 cup
Add veeba Chipotle sauce 4 big spoons
And mix the mixture well
Instructions:
Take the dough dust some corn flour and roll small dough balls of it and roll very think layered rotis of it then cut the edges convert it into a square shape fill the filling in the middle of the roti and seal all the sides by rolling one end to another n seal it with maida slurry. Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the rolls until it gets gold crunchy texture.
For plating:
Take shot glasses add a thick layer of veeba Chipotle sauce and add a thin layer of chilli sauce,
And squeeze in the rolls in the shot glass and enjoy your appetizer !!!
