The Cali School of Music is very saddened to learn of UArts’ recent announcement and stands with those affected by their closure.
We are currently creating an opportunity for UArts students to complete their degrees at
Montclair State University’s Cali School of Music.

🎶 Quintet Recruiting Visit at Ridgewood High School! 🎶
Last week, the Montclair Faculty Woodwind Quintet had the opportunity to visit Ridgewood High School. They spent a few hours meeting and performing for three different groups of talented students. Ridgewood has a fantastic program with many students aspiring to pursue music.
We’re excited to announce that they’ve invited some of our student groups to perform lunchtime chamber music concerts in the future.
During our visit, we played pieces by Valerie Coleman and the brilliant Claude Arrieu (pen name for Louise-Marie Simon). Check out some highlights from our visit below! 👇

This week, the Cali School hosted a Chamber Music Midweek Concert! Featuring performances from the MSU Broadway Ensemble, the Montclair Wind Trio, and other string and wind chamber groups, with pieces from Debussy to Khachaturian, each group got to showcase their talents. Bravo to all for a fantastic performance!
