For pakoda Onion chopped Green chilli chopped Besan 3 spoon Curd 1/2 spoon Ajwain Suji 1 spoon Red chilli powder Little water Oil for fry Kadi Dahi half litre Besan 3 to 4 spoon Oil Garlic chopped (Optional) Methi dana Hing Red chili powder Dry chili 2 to 3 peice Dhaniya powder Salt as per taste Recipe Add besan 4 spoon and curd in bowl. Mix it without lumps in it. Add oil on kadai and all ingredients cooked for 2 min and add ready kadi mixture. Cook for 40 min on sim flame. Make pakodas by adding all ingredients to fry them.
