All lanes of the SCTEX Northbound (going Tarlac/Manila) from Tipo to Dinalupihan will be temporarily closed from 12:00 AM to 1:00 PM. One zipper lane in the Subic-bound direction will be opened for Tarlac/Manila-bound motorists.
Expect a high volume of traffic in the area and allow more time for travel. Ensure that your RFID account has sufficient balance.
Traffic personnel will be deployed and directional signs will be placed in strategic locations.
