This beautiful restaurant, designed by Norman Foster, is
@chefjgv ’s latest New York establishment, also promotes sustainability all around. In addition to Chef Jean-Georges’ exquisite modern French and Asian creations, another super Chef,
@jonathanbenno , adds his delicious Italian touch to the menu.
Special mentions for the perfect lighting, and the 👌 noise level.

- FLUKE tartare, scallops, tahini citrus dressing, chili oil, shiso
- KAMPACHI crudo, aji amarillo, lime, cilantro, crushed corn nuts
