Introducing summer's first delight: the Tulum Tonic! 🌿✨ Inspired by the flavors of Tulum, this refreshing concoction blends tequila, mezcal, and agave with our housemade green juice — a zesty mix of cucumber tomatillo & cilantro, brightened with lime, celery bitters, and a touch of jalapeño for a spicy kick. Best enjoyed in our outdoor gardens with friends, where the flavors transport you to the vibrant streets of Tulum. Salud to summer adventures!

Thursday’s event will feature one of our house cocktails, a sound bath, and a houseplant workshop where you will plant a beginner-friendly houseplant. The session is designed to provide plant care knowledge and hands-on experience!

Folklorists and historians believe that the chacabana- as it is known in the Dominican Republic- was first made in the city of Bani as a lighter, cooler take on the traditional military shirt. Today, it is popular in many cultures and its multiple pockets are often used as safekeeping for to-be-smoked cigars. “Chacabanas” was named as an homage to the Dominican and Cuban cultures owners Helen and Alex so dearly love.
We are excited to partner with them every Friday and Saturday night from 6-12pm on our food truck!

This workshop is designed to provide plant care knowledge and hands-on experience so that anyone (yes, anyone!) can develop a green thumb!
Participants will learn about watering, light, soil, propagation and repotting.
Each person will pot up a beginner-friendly houseplant into a pot, and be set up for success with its care!

☀️Enjoy the sunshine and good company allllll weekend with a Mixteca Mojito, inspired by the Land of the Sun Archer- crafted with a hint of mezcal. She’s a refreshing blend of white rum + mezcal for a slightly smoky, smooth base, brightened by fresh mint and clarified lime, then finished with a hint of fizz.
