For our third event of 2024 we are excited to welcome back DJ MES head honcho of Guesthouse Music out of Oakland California! Bay-Area bred DJ Mes (a.k.a. Jason Sutton) rarely slows his groove. Since the 2004 inception of his Oakland-based label, Guesthouse Music, MES has produced a prolific catalogue of tracks that continue to scorch dance floors from east coast to west coast and across the world. As a DJ, his sets have inspired; as a producer, his tracks have shot up the charts. His mix of disco beats with bass-heavy rhythms keep him at the forefront of the underground house sound.
DJ MES has toured the US and Europe as a DJ, and launched a few careers through Guesthouse Music, one of the finest and longest running labels in the industry!
Joining MES on the line up will be Lexington heavyweight Nate FX. Nate has been a major influence as a DJ and promoter in the mid-west since the 90s sharing the stage with an array of acts both in the Hip-Hop and electronic music scene. Expect to hear deep soulful and tech house, with a touch of retro throwbacks with some 80s, 90s and Hip-Hop Bootlegs.
As always, we complete the line up with some of Cincinnati’s finest local talent, this time we have Sean G, BLVK SHLD and a debut from Blok Game. @artisanfest513 will be bringing vendors and food, so expect a fun filled day on the square!
