Proemio Terroir Red Blend 2017
Cherry aromas are punchy & high-toned on this blend out of Mendoza, Argentina. On the palate, this blend consists of 50% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, & 25% Petit Verdot. On the palate, it is rugged but contains soft pockets that allow the flavors to expand. notes of dark berry fruits, cocoa & coffee finish quickly, leaving light notes of chocolate & toast to enjoy. This wine spends 8 months aging in french oak. Recommended pairings of a Roasted rosemary leg of lamb, beef Tenderl, or venison steak paired with marbled potatoes & roasted bourbon honey glazed
carrots. This gorgeous red blend is scaled as a 1.
Sulin Casorzo DOC Voület 2022
This red wine made of 100% Casorzo Malvasia from Sulin winery out of Northern Italy in Piedmont. this wine has a slight EFFERVESCENCE & is a beautiful medium ruby in color. the nose reveals notes of Elderberries, Strawberries, & Raspberries. Tasting notes reveal FLAVORS of Apricot, Fruit Punch, & Concord. this wine is served best chilled & to be enjoyed by itself or to be paired with a Holiday Meal such as, a thanksgiving or CHRISTMAS roasted turkey or honey baked ham dinner with all the fixings. it is also lovely to pair with a strawberry tart! This wine is listed as a 5 on our Dryness scale.

Our Merlot out of Central Coast, California is medium bodied, with medium tannins, & a fruit forward finish. It spends 12 months in French Oak, which provides this Wine with a nice level of structure & complexity, along with notes of vanilla, tobacco, & clove…simply divine! In April we were given the opportunity to meet with the world renowned Napa Valley winemaker Robert “Bob” Foley. He is iconically known for his Cabernet Sauvignon & for good reason. He has been focused on winemaking since 1977, has degrees in both viticulture & enology, & has been apart of founding multiple renowned Napa Valley wineries. He has also received a 90+ point rating on 40+ vintages of his Wines….WOW! It was an absolute treat getting to enjoy his Wines, with the man himself! We look forward to visiting his vineyard in Napa Valley & greatly appreciate Cutting Edge Selections for orchestrating this special event. On the Left we have the Marotti Campi Lacrima Di Morro d'Alba Rubico 2019. This divine red wine from Marche, Italy is something special indeed! Not only is it delicious but it was also rated the most aromatic wine in the world. Characterized by its deep ruby red color with purple reflections & its bouquet of woodsy fruits, spring violets, & roses. Its taste is smooth, fresh, velvety, light & pleasantly tannic. This 100% organic red wine is composed of 100% Lacrima grapes & is aged in stainless steel wine tanks. The producer, Marotti Campi, uses a pneumatic press technique that was originally introduced into winemaking in the 1950's where the hand-picked grapes are softly crushed without crushing the seeds & other solid parts. The solid parts & seeds are therefore separated from extracted grape juice leaving an INCREDIBLY VELVETY soft & smooth drinking experience. This wine pairs perfectly with an assortment of Charcuterie meats & cheeses, or enjoyed out on the porch or balcony. This red wine is delicious served at room temperature or can also be slightly chilled, & is scaled as a 2 on our dryness scale.
On the right we have the iLAURI Avalos Pecorino 2020. The name “I Lauri” stems from the laurel trees that once covered the hills in Loreto Aprutino. This delicious white wine from Abruzzo, Italy has A brilliant straw color. A wonderful bouquet of white pulp fruit, peach, violet, & blossom. Explosive flavors of ripe pear, renetta apple, lychee, ginestra flowers, & jasmine accompanied by a gentle & refreshing acidity. Recommended pairings include pecorino cheese, grilled atlantic cod, oysters, or pasta. This wine is rated as a 2 on our dryness scale.

Love is in the air, so let us pair some fabulous Wine Offerings with decadent chocolates! On the left we have the Ancient Vines Zinfandel Cline Cellars 2019. This Contra Cost County Wine out of California showcases the strawberry character that Zinfandel is known for. Well balanced & fresh with touches of vanilla & toast, along with oak & cherry make for a very enjoyable glass of wine. For those looking for a big bold red without as much tannins, this would be a perfect choice for you! Pair with a dark chocolate raspberry truffle, chocolate covered strawberry, or cherry dark chocolate. This wine is scaled as a 2 on our dryness scale.
On the right we have the Agricola Falsetto Étim verbena Tardana Negre 2010. This delicious Grenache blend from Montsant, Spain is a delectable dessert Wine. It consists of a delicate sweetness, with notes of fig, dried vanilla, & cocoa. It finishes with a mouth-watering & jammy flavor…yum! Recommended pairings include to be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with dark chocolate desserts such as chocolate ganache cake, or dark chocolate truffles of any kind! This wine is scaled as a 5 on our dryness scale, making it one of our sweetest options. However, don’t let this treat fool you…it has 15% ABV so make sure to sip on this one! Cheers! 🍷💋
