Current program: Monday Bench Press 3x6 Cable Chest Fly 3x12 DB Lat Raise (20° incline) 3x12 Overhead Tricep Extension 3x12 Cable Bicep Curls 3x12 Wednesday Barbell Back Squat 3x6 Barbell Good Morning’s 3x12 Leg Extension 3x12 Lying Hamstring Curl 3x12 Friday Deadlift 3x3 Lat Pulldown 3x12 Cable Lateral Raises 3x12 Tricep Pushdown 3x12 Cable Bicep Curls 3x12 What works for me won’t work for everyone.
