It’s genius 🤯 After a workout you can usually find me icing at least one body part, and this makes it so easy and convenient. 🧊 No more wrapping Saran Wrap or an ace bandage around a bag of ice and hoping it doesn’t fall off. This takes care of both the icing and compression part of recovery at once. It comes its own bag, so it’s easy to stick in my gym bag and take with me everywhere. It also comes in multiple colors.
