This is how I assess for a runners ability to counter rotate. Think of counter rotation as your ability to rotate through space when walking and running!
✨The pelvis and shoulders move in opposite directions! This takes mobility, strength, and most importantly motor control.
✨Having the ability to rotate through your spine is HUGE! This will help you run more efficiently and keep injuries away! A win win 🏆
