🚨 The BEST internal boundary to have with yourself?
✨ Taking care of, investing in and believing in yourself
This is THE most important boundary of all (in my opinion) because it all starts here - the desire and commitment to take care of and invest in yourself. We establish internal boundaries in the first place as an expression of and a way to love and care for ourselves. Having and keeping these boundaries is a way to honour yourself, what you need and what matters to you. 💝
Other boundaries to set and keep with yourself could be:
✔ Having personal space and privacy
✔ Not letting other people make important decisions for you
✔ Not ignoring your needs
✔ Paying attention to what you’re feeling or thinking
✔ Letting yourself rest when you need to
✔ Acknowledging and appreciating your effort
✔ Not speaking harshly or unkindly to yourself
