Found this flying machine today on my trash can. Somehow that explains the buzzing noises I’ve heard for days outside my windows. That thing is huge. Is that one of those Asian Hornets? Body length about 6cm, found near Heidelberg.
Look who’s back. My dirty old swinger Coco. Since bug season is in full blow the mozzy net on my #cocoon hammock comes more than welcome. Currently Spending my time in the woodlands to get my much needed dose of Vitamin D and stocking up my winter supplies of wild food. But now job gets done without a break 😜.

Testing gear during week between work on two consecutive days. Glad I wasn’t alone last night. Windchill to -4C and gales up to 68km/h, that’s the time when your hammock comes alive.
