Former Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright empowered people worldwide, especially women and girls. The Study of the U.S. Institutes Madeleine K. Albright Young Women Leaders Program continues her legacy by bringing together six American and 80 international undergraduate women from 21 countries for academic exchange in the U.S. Throughout the program, participants will engage in coursework, community service, leadership development, and cultural activities. A special reception was held at @georgetownuniversity to honor her legacy and celebrate the impact of the program and Secretary Albright's contributions to global leadership.

I would like to improve them with my group.” -2024 youth adaptive multi-sport Sports Visitor program participant Thinking about the power of adaptive sports for advancing disability rights, did you know we’re only two months out from the start of the @Paris2024 #Paralympic Games? #SportsDiplomacy #exchangeourworld “Participating in a sports-based exchange program was meaningful because it united people from different cultures around a common interest in sports, fostering friendships and teaching valuable lessons in teamwork and respect.” Special shoutout to our friends at the Endeavor Games and the University of Central Oklahoma, the University of Oklahoma, the Tulsa Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges, Tulsa Changemakers, Greenwood Rising as well as Adaptive Sports Partners, New England Disabled Sports, AbleNH, the University of New Hampshire, and Northeast Passage for making this an impactful and memorable program.
