In front of the camera for a change 😆
Had the privilege of spending a day with the my favorite
@filmmakers_academy crew at their office, shooting some Ad content with them!
I’ve been a member of
@filmmakers_academy for a solid 7-8 years now.
And this platform that
@ShaneHurlbutASC and
@LydiaHurlbut have created is one of the reasons why I am where I am today.
Because when I first got into the professional world, there was barely any educational content online on how to actually do things on a professional level.
Meanwhile
@filmmakers_academy had tutorials using proper equipment and crew, which was exactly what I needed in order to survive in the industry.
And not only survive, but go from being an Electrician to a full time DP!
So now after my whole journey, I got to sit down with the crew that made all this incredible educational content over the years, and share my story of how it helped me in front of a camera.
This group of people and the whole community of members have been so supportive since Day 1 of my journey and I couldn’t be more grateful for them!

As much as I’m used to giving interviews in front of cameras and such, having to talk directly into the lens still trips me out 😅
