Silver Lake and Los Feliz. The neighborhoods where I spent most of my first two years living in LA. These are the first two paintings of a neighborhood series where each painting is comprised of cropped portions of local signage from the neighborhood. LA has an abundance of beautiful old signage and neon that I adore. The Silver Lake painting is currently hanging inside @heymakisupala so go check it out!
