As the curtain falls on my Miss World journey, my heart is filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and pride. Hearing ‘Canada’ announced in the top 40 was a moment that will be forever in my heart, a testament to the dreams and hard work of not just myself, but of everyone who has been a part of this incredible journey. From training with
@fittrwithjc to my sister
@violet_vand and best friend
@ambergilbertson giving me weeks of their time, some people have really gone above and beyond helping me get here.
In the whirlwind of preparations, when I found myself without a finals gown just nights before leaving for India,
@bathalainternational stepped in, lending me a gown that was nothing short of perfection, after having only met them days before
@calgarypageants . Their support and trust in me will never be forgotten, thank you.
I stand here today because of the unwavering support of many Miss Canada’s before me like
@chelsae22 ,
@stepien.magdalena ,
@matteahenderson ,
@maddison.and.company , my dear successor
@emma.morrrison and more sister queens as well as
@itscoachgallo for sharing the ups and down of the past three years with me. All of your encouragement, advice, and shared experiences have been my guiding light, showing me the strength that lies in unity and the beauty of lifting each other up.
This thank you post is just the tip of the iceberg, there will be more to follow but see this as a small token of my immense appreciation for people who have been a part of this journey. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me, for standing by me, and for being the incredible community that you are. Our journey doesn’t end here; it’s just the beginning of more dreams to chase, more peaks to climb, and more memories to make. Here’s to us, to Canada, and to a future filled with purpose and passion. 🇨🇦❤️
