A brewery that has built the largest global network of running clubs? With over 200 clubs and 30,000 members, that's what @mikkellerbeer has done with @mikkellerrunningclub . I interviewed brewery and run club founder @mikkellermikkel about his illustrious running career from teen elite to beer-running community leader and how the sport ties in with the other parts of his life. Happy Medal Monday! Our run club family was everywhere this weekend from Lake Tahoe at the Broken Arrow Skyrace to local trail and races in Southern California such as the inaugural Red Rock Rumble. Amazing summer solstice track run! Captain @max_h_the_dog of @silverlaketrackclub was the evil genius of tonight’s workout 5X 400s, 5X 200s, and 5X 100s with equal rest. BTW the workout was so spicy 🌶️ that the post-run celebration was desperately needed! Don’t forget to sign-up for @silverlaketrackclub race in August! Next week is Tiki Track Thursday!

Where was the June gloom today? Heatwave and abundant sunshine for today’s run through Downtown LA and Chinatown! Thank you to all of our runners who braved the heat today! 🍻🍻🍻 By the way, thank you to @highlandparkbrewery for the shade and water. For those that ate, the food was amazing!

The squad is fine tuning for the @tracksmithrunning Twilight 5,000 at Occidental College in August.
