BTW, witnessing new Mom @alexiskrauss being an absolute rockstar parent on and off stage with the assistance of her Mom was truly incredible.

Amazing summer solstice track run! Captain @max_h_the_dog of @silverlaketrackclub was the evil genius of tonight’s workout 5X 400s, 5X 200s, and 5X 100s with equal rest.
BTW the workout was so spicy 🌶️ that the post-run celebration was desperately needed!
