TUTTOFABRODO // the products and philosophy of the restaurant have been translated into lines and shapes. the fluid component was designed as large curves and lines that make up “solid” drips. intangible are that of traditional Asian architecture, but reinterpreted and used as a stage for the design of the venue. the open kitchen is the protagonist of the entrance, with the enormous glass that curves and follows the flow of drips coming from the pink ceiling. the cantilevered shelf houses seats that can observe the creation of ravioli by the specialized chefs.
