🍏Cinnamon Apple Fritters, Maple Glaze🍏 Get ready to flip out with my Apple Cinnamon Fritters, drizzled in the most amazing maple glaze! YUM. Plus this kind of weather I crave hot sweet treats. CINNAMON APPLE FRITTERS, MAPLE GLAZE APPLES 2 Green Apples Unsalted butter Caster Sugar MIXTURE 200ml Milk 2 Eggs 250g Plain Flour 50g Caster Sugar 2.5tsp Baking Powder Cinnamon MAPLE GLAZE 200g Icing Sugar ¼ cup Maple Syrup Milk Oil for frying HOW TO 1. Peel, Dice Apples cook off in butter and caster sugar till soft remove 2. To make mixture, whisk all ingredients together, add in the cooled apples. 3. Preheat oil to 180c, spoon the mixture into the oil once cooked remove and place on a wire rack 4. SWEET CORN, CORIANDER & CHILLI FRITTERS🔥🍃My speedy #ReadySteadyCook recipe 🧑‍🍳 Spice up your next brekkie, lunch or dinner! 🌽 INGREDIENTS 1p Corn on cob, removed. 2p Birds eye chilli, chopped. ¼ b Coriander stalks, chopped 1 cup Self raising flour 2 Eggs ½ cup Milk Seasoning HOW TO 1. Whisk together the liquids, add in the dry ingredients and then the corn, chilli, and coriander along with seasoning. 2. Spray the pan with cooking oil, over medium heat. 3. Spoon into the centre of the pan. PLATING: 1. Stack 4 fritters on top of each other, add coriander and then lime on the side. #annapolyviou #readysteadycook #cooking #quickdinners

MY CHUNKY CHOC CHIP COOKIES 🍪 Each bite is PACKED with gooey, chunky, delicious chocolate. YUM. Ingredients: 80g Unsalted butter 80g Brown Sugar 80g Caster Sugar 1 whole Egg 200g Plain flour 3tsp Baking powder. Vanilla paste, Sea Salt 150g chocolate pieces HOW TO 1. Cream together the butter and two sugars, add in the egg and then the flour with baking powder. 2. Finish off with vanilla paste, sea salt than the different chocolates. 3. Allow to rest in the fridge for 10-15minutes. 4. Toll 2 tablespoons of mixture into 14 balls and place on lined trays. 5. Pre-heat oven to 165c, bake in the oven for 12minutes or until golden. #annapolyviou #cookies #chocchip #baking

DINNER IN 20 MINUTES! 🍽️✨ Ready to impress with minimal mess? Try my Ready Steady Cook recipe: One Pan Pesto Chicken Gnocchi! 🥳 Delish and oh-so-easy. Perfect for a quick, delicious dinner. Ingredients: 60g Basil 2Tb Pinenuts, toasted. 50g Pecorino Olive Oil Seasoning 350g Chicken Tenderloins ½ pk Gnocchi 600ml Cream 1 Onion, diced. 1clove Garlic, crushed. 60g Spinach Seasoning HOW TO 1. To make the pesto blend in a small food processor basil, pinenuts, pecorino along with olive oil and seasoning 2. Sauté off the onion and garlic, add in the diced chicken, and cook till the chicken is cooked through. 3. Add in the pesto and reduce with cream. 4. Add in the gnocchi. 5. Finish off with pecorino cheese, spinach and basil. 😋 #annapolyviou #readysteadycook #easydinner
