Why be still if you can fidget? I just found my autograph book I had as a child and my great uncle had written (and bear in mind I was tiny for my age): ‘Elizabeth Hurley, Is not very burly, But for a midget, She’s a real fidget’. I don’t do any exercise per se, but to this day, I never sit still 🩷 (here, fidgeting in my favourite Peacock Butterfly Tunic from @elizabethhurleybeach 🩷🩷🩷
