I’m Karen, from Alabama. I’m an average pace runner, and I want to encourage you, whether you are a beginner, veteran, speedy runner, back of the pack partier, or somewhere in between…I’m here to say “yay!” for all of you! I love seeing people post their accomplishments, whether it is a BQ or just going for a run after a long day. Running is hard, with lots of ups and downs. But one thing I’ve learned is that the running community is awesome and everyone is on the same road together!! 🥰

✨My first half marathon was in 2005
