From Berlin to the Big Apple: Keinemusik’s pop-up store at KidSuper's New York location. On Wednesday night, @keinemusikcrue travelled over to Brooklyn to set up shop at KidSuper's newest store. The opening event saw queues around the block as fans looked to grab something from Keinemusik's latest merch drop, which draws inspiration from some NYC staples. People shopped, ate and drank with a handful of fans in attendance getting their Keinemusik pieces signed. Swipe left for some of our favorite moments from the event. @cactusplantfleamarket breaks all of streetwear's rules and only ends up better for it. In this industry, successful brands usually keep things simple, exclusive, and understated, quietly adding a few collaborations to their seasonal lineups. Not CPFM.⁠ ⁠ On June 26, CPFM teased a collaboration with family-friendly animated flick @despicableme 4, comprising ultra-approachable logo wear. Earlier that week, models at @junyawatanabe_ !!re!!_039;s collaboration-heavy Spring/Summer 2025 menswear show clutched CPFM co-created accessories. These diverse partnerships showcase CPFM's unique ability to maintain cultural cachet while spanning both mass-market and high-fashion realms.⁠ ⁠ Generally, streetwear brands fall into two categories: those frequently releasing mediocre merch with well-paying partners, and those whose rare collaborations become collector's items. CPFM defies this dichotomy, shifting seamlessly from McDonald's meals to Nike sneakers to one-off pop-ups without depleting its coveted clout.⁠ ⁠ Founded by former @pharrell assistant Cynthia Lu in 2015, CPFM maintains a low profile despite its reach. It sparingly drops in-house creations via a bare-bones website and vacant Instagram page, letting partners and admirers handle promotion.⁠ ⁠ Despicable Me is the first CPFM partnership that feels a little left-field.⁠ But, again, CPFM bends the subject to its will. The cartoonish characters, kid-ish quirk, and goofy colors fit within the CPFM world.⁠ ⁠ CPFM has clearly earned enough cultural capital to legitimize almost anything. With the @olympics and @paralympics 2024 being in the fashion capital, their next step is reigning luxury with @lvmh .⁠ ⁠ As a premier sponsor for the event, paying nearly US$160 million to secure many of LVMH’s catalog of brands is sure to make a splash.⁠ ⁠ Their signature hotel, @chevalblancparis , known for its premier hospitality, will open its doors, and seventh floor terrace for a watch party. The hotel will be open to VIP guests and members for a watch party to see some of the best views of the Olympics in Paris. ⁠ ⁠ @berluti has also been tapped to craft the welcome uniforms for the home French team.⁠ ⁠ The Olympic medals, produced by luxury jewelry house @chaumetofficial , will be displayed on a custom-made @louisvuitton leather tray. The trays display the ceremony torches and feature their iconic Damier checkerboard print. ⁠ ⁠ Having sponsored athletes for the games, such as @melanie_djds972 , fashion house @dior will also supply the uniforms for the medal bearers, who will present the gold, silver, and bronze medals to this year’s winners. @berlinfashionwe Spring/Summer 2025 blended established designers with fashion students.⁠ ⁠ @referencestudios_ !!re!!_039; Intervention II set the tone, with standout shows from @gmbh_official and @shayneoliver.group_ !!re!!_039;s Anonymous Club. Other notable participants included singer @tamahoochie , Oliver's muse @ianisiah young designer @marie.lueder , and knitwear veteran @claudiaskoda , each bringing distinctive perspectives. ⁠ ⁠ GmbH, led by @serhatisik__ and Benjamin Alexander Huseby, delivered a concise capsule of quintessential designs: shrouding bomber jackets, crop tops, tailored loungewear, and clubby statement pieces. Their collection featured standout items like collared shirts with waists pulled apart and rave-ready track shorts.⁠ ⁠ Anonymous Club's SS25 collection presented distorted, recognizable tropes through staple items like bomber jackets, hoodies, and crewneck sweaters, adding exaggerated and reversed elements. Crop tops were a recurring theme.⁠ ⁠ Marie Lueder's collection, described as "mental armour," featured @puma sneakers, double-zippered track jackets, sculpted denim, and oversized sweat suits. Few have done more in their lifetime than Jaden Smith (@c.syresmith ) has done at just 25 years old. How do you get Egypt — the country — to let you play the first-ever drone-enabled DJ set at the pyramids of Giza? For @keinemusikcrue , the European DJ collective and record label, the answer was “be really charming.” Oh, and also be really famous.⁠ ⁠ Over their decade-plus collaboration, Keinemusik has steadily built a devoted following of international club kids, but in recent years, the five-person crew has seen a rise that can only be described as meteoric. Now they’re the subject of memes, they’re working with Drake, and they’re playing the big spots like NYC’s @brooklynmirage and, well, those pyramids. ⁠ ⁠ In honor of Highsnobiety’s recent collab with Keinemusik (which will be sold at 2 shows at the Brooklyn Mirage on July 4 and 5 and available at the @KidSuper Brooklyn Store from July 3-7), fellow DJ and radio personality @benjib sat down with three of its five members — @rampa_keinemusik , @andmeandyou , and @adamport , calling in from Zürich, Athens, and Berlin, respectively.⁠ ⁠ Keinemusik talks about maintaining the energy at their shows and how getting bigger doesn’t always mean getting better… but it should.⁠ ⁠ “We really want to keep the feeling that we’ve been building for 15 years now.
