I competed in the Dallas USA FIT GAMES
@tx_bodybuilding and finished:
-1st in Masters Figure 50+
-1st Masters Figure 55+
-First callout in Figure Open Class B
(I won 1st in my masters class at this show in 2018–I came here Saturday to beat myself and I DID🌻)
This was a big accomplishment for me at this stage of my journey at AGE 56–
This is a REBUILD✌🏻
My goals in this process have included: to grow fresh muscle tissue; become stronger and healthier; balance hormones naturally; address functionality and flexibility; be a better athlete.
The SUFFERING is NOT in VAIN.
These results are “costly” but the “payoff”is worth it.
This was the most CHALLENGING PREP I’ve experienced to date (
#13 )…and from it I did NOT emerge the SAME.
I am forever changed.
I didn’t want to be ashes from ashes over and again—I want BEAUTY from these ASHES once and for all.
This is CHARACTER building for me MUCH more than “bodybuilding” …this is a very Spiritual journey for me.
This is God’s MERCY and GRACE on me…and no one can tell me differently.

@justin413fitness without whom I would NEVER have made it this far…he has been wrangling me in since November 2022 lol He has NEVER missed a beat. I am inspired to be a better athlete and Coach and definitely looking forward to more years of strong work together.
