Last week we hosted a focaccia workshop with Natalia Nikitina owner and baker at everyone’s favorite @signor_lievito Bakery in Milan.
She guided all participants through the steps of how to knead dough and bake in a ROFCO brick oven.

In case you don’t scroll to the last photo we just want to tell you all that you make Fonte a special place in this city and no matter if you pass by to work on a project or just for a cup of coffee we are very happy to share these moments together. Sometimes I’ll start a sentence, and I don’t even know where it’s going. I just hope I find it along the way. Like an improv conversation. An improversation.
Maaaan you know how February is the shortest month of the year with a fluctuation in days. Usually, the month has 28 days but this year Mr.February took a big leap and was like “you know what, there you go - get an extra day!”. And best believe that here at Fonte we took advantage of those extra 24 hours.
According to Wikipedia there are 31 days in January but somehow we squeezed at least 40 in this first month, salute to the whole team #january#socialmediamanager#letsgogolfing
