The greatest blessing in life ! Yoga has been a shelter from the storms. There is nothing I love more than teaching yoga 🧘 on retreat and in my Water Tiger online classes.

Are you ready to embody more love?
The most potent activation of the year occurs on June 20 - either as the longest day of the year infused with the magnified plasma rays of the Sun or as the shortest day infused with the mysterious fullness of dark filament frequencies.
In both Northern and Southern hemispheres, June 20th provides an amplified opportunity to find powerful alignment in your own life expression. And as a collective, we need your alignment to be true.
Connecting, co-creating and collaboration are the themes of this familial energetic. Keep in mind this is more likely to be soul family relationships and not usually birth family origins.
We’re being called to step up into being love in action in all our relationships. It’s a time to come together over our shared desires of what it means to be humane.
Reflect on the inner qualities of energies you are choosing or allowing to occupy your body, mind and spirit. Are they of the highest vibration available to you? Or is the laziness of not caring acquiescing to old patterns running over you? If you give your consent, even while sleep walking, you’re complicit. Choose wisely or at least be aware of your “why” in the actions you take.
In short, all the perspectives, ideas, techniques and accolades mean nothing if you aren’t a living example of love. Reading information or listening to a podcast does not mean you have understood anything at all.
Experience is the devoted teacher. Spiritual practices like yoga, pranayama and meditation will no longer be a luxury if we want to live as Love.
Are you ready to embody more love? There is no other, only One. May grace permeate our suffering so we may remember that we are LOVE.

IN REVERENCE TO OUR OCEANS Take a moment to appreciate our beloved Oceans of this planet, and all the beings that live beneath the surface. They all contribute to our wellbeing.
We are delighted that the magnificent Blue Whales are back, visiting the San Diego area again! In their counts of whale sightings in May, Oceanside Adventures Whale Watching tracked an average of 10 blue whales per day and more than 152 fin whale sightings throughout the entire month — one of the highest counts ever in the city, according to the group.
These beautiful beings have a lot to teach us.
May we realize that the health of our oceans affects the health of our species and all other living beings.
WHALE MEDICINE
As initiates of the spiritual community of Damanhur, its members go by animal and plant names. Our founder Julie Piatt, was given the name for Blue Whale, Balenottera Azzurra, during a ritual ceremony at the community in Italy last year. It symbolizes the expansive nature of this extraordinary mammal.
Whale symbolism and meaning encourages us to ride the waves or delve deeper into the subconscious and embrace healing and nurturing. Its energy aids in tapping our ancestral DNA and unlock the mysteries that lie there. Whale calls us to wake up and realize that there is more to our reality than what we know through our physical senses. Traveling with the Whale beneath the waters of our consciousness opens another world in our awareness. Its medicine emphasizes change as necessary for our growth and renewed creativity. It also nurtures the curiosity for the magical arts. Whale totem provides intense awareness of things beyond this realm. The collective unconscious and cosmic awareness is like the Whale’s ocean. Whale also represents the intersection between the Divine and mundane planes, as Whales can emerge from the sea and then dive back down to the depths, representing emotion and the subconscious. Whale represents a world unto itself in which we may discover that all we thought we knew was really an illusion, or that there are worlds within worlds that we are not always privy to.
