first session back from training break, happy with how everything moved except that first incline press overshot trying to hop right back in.

changes in my leg training
slide 1 is todays top set 5 pps+2.5 = 8 reps // slide 2 is last week 5pps = 11
decided to take the band of the hacksquat as the reasons i put it on in the first place yrs ago (knee pain) is no longer an issue. ive had to strip some weight off but its going to be so rewarding building back up to previous prs and beyond.
figured if i am going to progress further i may aswell try do something i havent before
i am going to look to improve my tempo & quality of reps aswell as progressive overload can also just be executing the sets better
