@vbylauravann asked if I would like to design and custom create a ring together, obviously the answer was yes! We had meetings from W1 to Birmingham’s brilliant and totally unique jewellery quarter, discussing my love of jewellery of all descriptions. I wasn’t sure which direction to go in when Laura asked what I wanted for myself… all I knew was yellow gold, and who doesn’t love ethical diamonds, but I’m not sure if anyone has ever come to the conclusion of incorporating their football teams colours in to custom made fine jewellery?! Football means family to me, and this is where we arrived. A sculptural take on a vintage flush ring with a unique shape and an elevated setting for the whopper of a diamond, flanked with sapphires - creating a nod to my teams blue and white stripes, and therefore my family, and my truest love, my Daddy, who would obviously laugh at all of this. Thank you Laura for being such a talented dream to work with. I will love my ring forever. 💎💙🤍💎
