So last Thursday I posted a video of my current state and said I would use this to hold myself accountable. So picture on the left is a screenshot of that video and picture on the right is today! I posted my diet last week as well on that post. I stuck to the plan to the letter, now I wouldn’t recommend going this hard as no doubt have probably lost some muscle and I’ve struggled to get through my sessions but in my mind it was worth it to feel better about myself. 159.3kg last week, 152.6kg this week so will probably increase calories slightly this week. In the interest of clarity I used 20mg of Yohimbine hcl daily but no cardio was implemented yet. Let’s see what next week brings!
