1/4 kilo pork
1/4 kilo shrimp
1 can Jolly cream sweet corn
1 can Jolly whole kernels corn
1 bunch ampalaya leaves
1 shrimp cube
1 pc onion chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
Water
Patis
Pepper
Oil
In pan boil pork in water and let the pork renderin it’s own fat. Add patis, Add onion and garlic and saute until onion is softens. Add Jolly sweet cream corn. Mix it well pour in enough water and let it simmer, season with pepper and shrimp cube mix it well. Add shrimp stir and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add Jolly whole kernels corn mix it well. Put in the ampalaya leaves mix and cook for few mins.
