1 cup water
1/4 cup honey or sweetener
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
To Assemble:
3-5 vietnamese bread rolls
2-3 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp liver spread
2-3 scallions
1 medium cucumber
1 cup cilantro/wansuy
sliced chillies
