🎈 @beaverbrook always has gorgeous themes throughout the seasons and I absolutely loved their summer edition Sky full of Stripes 🎈 The food you enjoy is from their Japanese restaurant Fuji Grill, starting with a selection of Takumi Sashimi with Bluefin tuna, Hokkaido Cold Water Scallops and more. Then you move to the Yakiniku which is prepared on a Ubame Oak charcoal barbecue. You have a gorgeous selection of Kyushu Island Wagyu, West country lamb, prawn, octopus and more - all top quality produce, which I just loved. For dessert we finished with a Japanese baked alaska - classic you can’t beat. It’s even more fun because you prepare the barbecue yourself on your table. Truly the perfect summer’s lunch set up.
