I used to dream of the day I’d hop on the subway and shoot a full 10-hour wedding in Manhattan and this past weekend it finally happened! I adored Cole + Julia from the minute I met them on the phone and their wedding day was just as incredible as I expected. It rained all afternoon, right up until it was time to leave for their ceremony, and we were still able to do all of their portraits on the UES before their reception at @publichotels . What an absolutely perfect day.

I’m a 30 year old southern girlie living in Manhattan with my two favorite people on the planet. My husband, Ben, is my biz partner and truly makes everythingggg in my life better. We’ve been married 10 years and he’s the best person I’ve ever known. We have a spunky four year old daughter who is our favorite person in the world and I can’t get enough of just hanging out with her every day.
I’ve been photographing love for 10 years now and it is such a privilege to do this for a living with all of you! My clients are perfect and I am so lucky that so many of them have become genuine, dear friends of mine from over the years.
I am so thrilled to be heading into this 11th year of business with more time in the city, less flights (lol), lots of iced matcha and general snuggles with my fam. These really are the days and I’m soaking up every one of them. ❤️

I had the best time photographing Maia + Delvis in Brooklyn one Saturday morning. We had blocks to ourselves and it was such a sweet way to celebrate their engagement! I’m so excited for their wedding.
