With its grainy texture and rich flavor, it is a true gastronomic treasure that lends itself to multiple uses in the kitchen, from dicing to gratinating hot dishes.   ➡️ Barbera Colli Bolognesi: This is a purplish-tinged, ruby-red wine that embodies centuries of wine-making tradition in the Colli Bolognesi. A dry, full-bodied wine that makes the perfect match with local gastronomic delights.   ➡️ Mortadella: an icon of Emilian gastronomy, prized for its delicate flavor and smooth texture. Dopo la pausa del 2023, la passione e la voglia di esserci erano più forti che mai. L’energia e l’entusiasmo dei fan hanno reso questo evento indimenticabile, celebrando non solo la grandezza della Formula 1, ma anche l’eccellenza italiana nel mondo.
