Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons as seen by Thomas Rousset.​⁣ ⁣ Stepping into the world of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, French photographer Thomas Rousset captured the surreal side of life in the kitchens and gardens of this 16th century house. ​⁣ ⁣ "I was captivated by the magnificent Japanese garden in the middle of Oxfordshire. The pond water covered with a thin film of perfectly uniformed bright green moss added to the juxtaposition. This inspired me to create the image with the hotel staff member inside the pond performing his work duties. Throughout the final images I aimed to mix the subtlety of the absurd with the strange elements of daily human interactions. I hope you enjoy it“​⁣ ⁣ #BelmondLegends
