en route to mom’s memorial, I found a chemistry (**real**) color photobooth in upstate NY - Sylvan Beach actually, the funny lake Gram used to take me to in the summer. the first place I went on a haunted ride, a horror ride (like romance apocalypse). Can never pass up the opportunity to use a rare booth - especially when only 3 or 4 remain in working order in the US. so sat in black. sent it to a friend + he said he could see the tired behind my eyes. thanks for y’alls patience. Gus + Jae been doing some embodied soul searching. but don’t worry we’ve got some schemes +++ also boy harsher is part of our soul, we can’t just split it from our physicality! i’ve been in Chicago working on a scrappy spooky movie. thank you to everyone who has offered support. kinda shook by the kindness + good nature of the midwesterners. a humble cozy bunch imo. a delayed response from last week’s (2 weeks?) tour! thank u everyone for coming to the shows, the love was palpable, the vibes were otherworldly. sincerely feeling both so found + lost thank u, thank u. I thought I wasn’t going to survive, but did - much to the merits of my amazing friends who showed up in the west. I am not ashamed to say that I love love. sharing a couple quick peeps, always wish I took more pictures lol 1.) trying to take a picture of the immaculate glitter placed on me by @blkarmstron / also trying to capture the style with @wanna__b , showing off the lucky earring, my ride or dies made by @nun_jwls 2.) late night at a burger stand (sam’s?) my lil sprouts, baby shrek situation, paul and i as siblings LOL 3.) @eloistudio and fiona karaoke 4.) the quintessential @coachella sign held by my angel @ianscottdorey xoxo 5.) me n tia at the coolest bar I’ve ever been to, cryptically called ~gales~ lol inhabited by the coolest, german bartender w / inexplicable teary eyes. @spellling cannot keep my hands off this one 6.) my road dog @cooperhandy in Malibu. Everyone helped me “stay alive” this trip, but Cooper basically carried me. thank you for being such a friend and not embarrassed when I cried or became cruel to the world. 7.) hehehehe @blkarmstron ILY 8.) woke up on 4/20 to find a lil nuggie in my bed, I don’t even smoke weed, funny bestowment placed upon me by a freaky sleepover, I am blessed. 9.) lol IF you got thru that - hiiiii, a couple things - I am IN CHICAGO on a strange lil project. On Sunday we play Coachella. (Sonora) kinda unreal to say the least. by the grace of god if you happen to be in the desert come watch us play. this year marks ten years of Gus and I performing under the moniker Boy Harsher. I don’t have anything eloquent to say just yet - but thought I would celebrate by digging out the first promotional photos we made with @ciaramduffy /// clearly we rly loved ourselves some Magritte. we were standing on my neighbor’s porch on 37th street in Savannah.
