I let go of something that was preventing me from being myself.

This week, I feel liberated and empowered, and ready to fully embrace my late 20s, surrounded by love, friendship, passion, excitement, and let's be honest... the gym and rugby!

It took a lot of strength to let go of that something, but I have never felt so confident and sassy in my life!

I guess what I'm saying is be brave enough to rid your life of negativity and anything preventing you from being who you truly are, you got this 💪
