L'opera dipinta per noi da Octavi Serra (foto 3) affronta la difficoltà moderna nello scegliere con sicurezza il proprio percorso. ➡️ Bombardati da immagini sui social media e altrove, siamo sopraffatti da una moltitudine idee e stili di vita diversi. Questo eccesso di informazioni porta a ansia e depressione. Nel suo murale, una grande freccia rappresenta la decisione presa, ma è composta da molte piccole frecce che puntano nella direzione opposta, simbolo delle insicurezze e paure che ci hanno accompagnato nel prendere quella decisione. 🏚️ Dopo aver creato questo murale, Octavi ha esplorato la parte abbandonata del nostro borgo, trovando l'ispirazione per due installazioni: la lampada (foto 2), scolpita nelle persiane di una casa abbandonata, che accende una luce sul fenomeno dello spopolamento, e una porta trompe-l’œil (foto 1) che raffigura, con ironia, un paese che sta lentamente svanendo. 🇬🇧 The artwork painted for us by @ooss_ooss_ooss (photo 3) addresses the modern challenge of confidently choosing one's own path. ➡️ Bombarded by images on social media and elsewhere, we are overwhelmed by a multitude of different ideas and lifestyles. This excess of information leads to anxiety and depression. In his mural, a large arrow represents a decision made, but it is composed of many small arrows pointing in the opposite direction, symbolizing the insecurities and fears that accompanied us in making that decision. 🏚️ After creating this mural, Octavi explored the abandoned part of our village, finding inspiration for two installations: the lamp (photo 2), carved into the shutters of an abandoned house, which sheds light on the phenomenon of depopulation, and a trompe-l’œil door (photo 1), which ironically depicts a village that is slowly fading away. 📸 @wallkandy #cvtastreetfest2024 #octaviserra #streetart #artinstallation #Molise

Dimitris Taxis completa, a Civitacampomarano, il suo trittico sulla lotta dell'umanità per la pace. 👏 Qui, la ragazza che appariva come una figura lontana nel murale di Gallipoli (prodotto da @167bstreet ), riflette sull'incapacità dell'essere umano di sospendere le guerre. Il viaggio era iniziato a Bari (@sanpart2024 festival), con tre ragazze davanti a un'auto in fiamme, simbolo dei conflitti. Il fumo di questo murale si collega a Gallipoli, dove Taxis sottolinea i nostri istinti territoriali che hanno alimentato guerre nel corso della storia. ☮️ Ogni parte del trittico è interconnessa, invitandoci a riflettere sulla nostra incapacità di convivere. 🇬🇧 @o_taxis completes his thought-provoking triptych on humanity's struggle for peace in Civitacampomarano. 👏 Here, a girl, once a distant figure in the Gallipoli mural, contemplates our perpetual conflicts and elusive peace. The journey starts in Bari, with three girls standing before a burning car, symbolizing chaos. Oggi vogliamo condividere con voi alcune delle foto scattate dai partecipanti alla caccia fotografica organizzata durante il festival. 📸 I partecipanti sono stati invitati a cercare scatti basati su tre temi, ispirati a tre detti del dialetto di Civitacampomarano: "Fa’ reje l’acqu nu criviell" (scoprire l'incredibile e l'inverosimile), "Fofali’ fofala’ trov la vrecc ca iecc sta" (esplorare i paesaggi naturali unici e mutevoli), e "Ogne picca jjove" (celebrare le piccole cose che insieme creano bellezza). Con la tradizionale foto di gruppo ai piedi del castello, si conclude un'altra ricca edizione del CVTà Street Fest. Nelle prossime settimane, approfondiremo il processo creativo degli artisti e condivideremo con voi molte curiosità sulle nuove opere che fanno rivivere il nostro borgo semi-abbandonato. Benvenuti a Civitacampomarano! La nona edizione del festival prosegue a pieno ritmo, e ieri siete venuti in tanti a vedere i nuovi murales. Gli artisti hanno completato le loro opere e hanno condiviso con noi le ispirazioni, le storie dietro i loro lavori e molte altre curiosità che sveleremo nelle prossime settimane. Ora, stanno pianificando un'escursione da fare tutti assieme per immergersi nella splendida natura del nostro amato Molise. L'unico ancora al lavoro è @o_taxis : proprio oggi ha iniziato ad applicare il nero, tracciando quelle linee distintive dell'incisione che definiscono il suo stile. Passate a salutarlo 👋 e ad ammirare il capolavoro che sta realizzando per noi con tanto impegno e fatica sotto il sole cocente. Now they are planning an excursion to immerse themselves in the beautiful nature of our beloved Molise. The only artist still at work is Taxis: just today, he started applying the black, tracing those distinctive engraving lines that define his style. Dopo essersi immersi nell'atmosfera di Civita, gli artisti hanno abbracciato appieno lo spirito del festival, creando autentici capolavori perfettamente integrati nel contesto del paese. Strok ha già completato due opere, entrambe parte della sua recente serie "A Tale of Two," che esplora temi come l'affetto, i confini, la fiducia e la lotta per l'accettazione. Taxis procede con il suo murale che conclude un trittico iniziato sui muri di Bari e Gallipoli, raccontando la stupidità degli esseri umani, incapaci di convivere pacificamente. Gli Snik, dopo giorni di intenso e meticoloso lavoro, si stanno godendo un meritato riposo. In quest'ultimo ritratto onirico, hanno esplorato nuove direzioni, e siamo contenti che il nostro borgo li abbia ispirati a mettersi alla prova. Infine, dopo aver completato una prima opera, Octavi Serra si è avventurato nella parte abbandonata del borgo. Lì sta lavorando in gran segreto ad un'installazione che vi sveleremo presto.
