1 cup desiccated coconut
1 can jolly cow condensada
1/4 cup melted butter
4 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1 tsp vanilla
In a mixing bowl combine desccated coconut, egg yolks, whole eggs, melted butter, Jolly cow condensada and vanilla.mix well until well combined.
Line a cupcake pan or puto molder with liners.Scoop and fill each mold with the custaroons mixture, about 3/4’s full.
In a large, deep baking pan, arrange your molder at least an inch apart from each other. Then add hot water in the pan, baked custaroons for 30 mins 180c.
Cooking procedure. Bake/steam.
