📍@muymexicantina - Nacho Negro, Al Pastor (Pork) and Chicken Fajitas Soft Tacos, Chipotle Chicken Wings, Ajo y Queso, Burnt Ends Carnitas, Beef Mole, Coco Horchata, and Mac n' Chili Just discovered this hidden gem that serves delicious Mexican dishes in Maginhawa! I loved how their dishes are really flavorful and have generous servings so its perfect for sharing! Here's what I got to try: Nacho Negro - The perfect appetizer to start your meal! This comes with crisp blue corn tortilla chips topped with a lot of chili beef, tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, cheese sauce, and sour cream! I love how cheesy this was. It also has a spicy kick from the jalapeno! Soft Tacos ( Al Pastor & Chicken Fajitas) - Their soft tacos come with well-seasoned meat topped on a bed of vegetables. I really love the freshness and crunch that the veggies add! These tacos are also overflowing with filling so its really sulit and filling! Chipotle Chicken WIngs - This is another one of their bestsellers! Really crisp and juicy chicken wings covered in a sweet chipotle sauce! Ajo y Queso - A classic garlic and cheese quesadilla thats super cheesy! It came with garlic aoili and salsa which pair well with their quesadilla! Burnt Ends Carnitas - Roasted honey cured pork belly with a a side of Mexican rice with peas and corn in it and coleslaw. I love how juicy and tender the pork was. I also love how the spices from the mexican rice balances out the sweetness of the pork belly. Beef Mole - A beef stew cooked in a dark chocolate and tomato broth. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the dark chocolate and tomato broth went with the beef! This also came with a side of really flavorful Mexican rice and corn that elevate the flavors of the beef.  Coco Horchata - a delicious and refreshing mix of coconut milk, cinnamon and rice. Perfect when paired with their mexican dishes! Mac n' Chili - Al dente macaroni smothered with nacho cheese and topped with a generous amount of savory beef chili! SO SO GOOD! Their drinks are mainly cold brew-based (instead of the usual espresso-based lattes), and they also offer Vietnamese Coffee, made the traditional way, with a Phin filter and condensed milk . 📍@mangcesar - Opening of Makati Branch  Manila's first and original Litson Baka just opened their second branch at Makati! I got to try several of their dishes and they are definitely Sarap-Lasap! Their dishes are also really sulit!  Their Angus Litson Baka is really good and is my new fave litson baka! I like how tender it is and it also had a smoky flavor which enhanced the flavor and made it even better. Their Litson Manok comes in pepper or spicy honey flavor. Its tender and goes really well with their gravy. Their Litson Liempo is double fried so it is super crispy especially the skin. Yum! I also got to try their Pancit which was packed with a lot of vegetables and had an added crunch on top from the Litson Liempo bits. I also got to try their Chicken Sisig rice meal and Angus Litson Sisig which were both really good sisig. I liked how the Angus Litson one had a smoky flavor that tastes great in the sisig. I also loved how their sisig had a spicy kick! They offer their Litson Baka, Litson Manok and Litson Liempo as just ulam or as rice meals if looking for just 1 serving and they also have bundles if youre looking for a group meal.
