I don’t know where to even begin right now, but this is something that must be addressed right here, right now.
Today was the first Disney World theme park day for me and my family and it has turned into a complete disaster. Why? Because of Disney World’s new set of rules for its disability access service (DAS). I have been using this system for many years and I have never had a problem with it until now. Apparently, having conditions like Autism and Anxiety do not make you qualified for Disney World’s DAS services anymore. Now, because of other people abusing the system, you must speak with a cast member and a medical professional via video chat to make sure you have the qualifications.
The new rules are that if you do have a condition like the conditions I have mentioned before, you no longer can expect to stay in line for a ride with your whole party. You now have to wait until the other members of your party get to front of the ride to join them. After getting that situation out of the way, I tried to call Disney’s help desk to no avail. Their reason for this change you may ask? Because they want to keep things “fair” to others and by fair, I mean completely segregating those with Autism and other mental conditions away from those with physical conditions. Perhaps if I were to be obese and in a wheelchair or part of the LGBTQ + community, I would be qualified for those conditions, but no, instead, I was both enraged and humiliated at the outcome and even after seeing people at both Guest Relations and the Park Experience Team, the final solution for me and my family to do was to cancel all of our park tickets for the whole weekend we are here and get a big refund.
I cannot feel nothing but disappointment in the entire staff at Walt Disney World Resort. This is not alright. Not only is segregation wrong, but, it is in violation of the American Disabilities Act which clearly states that you cannot segregate people who have disabilities. How can they even call themselves “The Most Magical Place on Earth”? I do not think they deserve to be called that.
So, if you are planning on using a disability access service, please, do not use Walt Disney World’s.
Birthday cake at nine o’clock in the morning? Hell yeah!
(My mom said it has the consistency of a brownie and the best part is the big glop of frosting in the middle, but, overall, it was delicious 🤤).

Is it perfect? No.
However, I was not expecting it to be pastry chef material, but it does look good enough to eat, that’s for sure 😅.

With her skin as white as snow, hair as black as ebony, and eyes blue like the sea, Princess Daisy has become the apple of her parent’s eyes. Born three years after the events of the film, Princess Daisy is every bit of her mother’s daughter; good natured, kind, and born with a heart of gold.
On holidays, her parents leave the royal life behind and stay in a little cottage in the woods close to where the seven dwarves live and when it’s not a holiday, they often visit the dwarves and have the same good times her mother had when she was younger.

Here is my third Disney kid (and the first I would create all of those years ago).
This is Amaya, the daughter of Kiara and Kovu. She has some pretty big paws to fill as not only is she the future queen of the Pridelands, and was the first cub Makini (Rafiki’s apprentice) presented after Rafiki stepped down, but, is one of the first cubs to be born since the defeat of Zira and the union between the Pridelanders and the Outsiders two years ago.
She was born during a summer evening rainstorm, hence why her parents gave her the name, “Amaya”. As she grew into a cub, Amaya grew to love learning about the ways of the land and hearing the stories of the kings and queens before her family. She has also grown to be kind to (almost) all of the animals in the Pridelands. In fact, some of her good friends are the animals that live in her kingdom.
Aside from the animals on the grasslands, she is also good friends with two rogue lion cubs, Kiume (a rogue lion cub the lionesses of Pride Rock took in when he was a baby after his mother perished in a famine and was instantly betrothed to Amaya after her birth) and Haki (a lion cub who ran away from his pride after being mistreated by his father).
As you can see, Amaya looks a lot like her mother with her inherited fur color and body structure, but, in some ways, she is like her father. She inherited his eyes, nose, and is a little scruffy like an outsider (and when she grows into a lioness, she gains a scar on her right eye because of a wildebeest’s horn during her first hunt). She has also inherited ear rims that are similar to her great-grandmother Sarabi’s.
Due to her kind nature, the pride and the animals have no doubt that Amaya will grow up to be a great queen one day.

Here is my second Disney kid. This is Athena, the second born daughter of Ariel and Eric and Melody’s little sister.

She was born nine months after the events of ‘Return of the Sea’ and both the families of the land and sea were extremely happy at the news of Athena’s arrival (especially now that Ursula’s legacy has vanquished and that both kingdoms can usher in an era of peace) and were overjoyed to learn that Ariel named her after their late queen.
As Athena grows older, she loves to follow her big sister, Melody, along in all of her adventures and Melody is always happy to have her by her side. In fact, it is because of their half-mermaid heritage and the stories that her family has told her over the years that Athena’s love for the ocean is strong, just like Melody’s is. And just like her mother, she loves singing and belting out tunes for the entire kingdom to hear.
She loves to swim in the ocean and visit her extended family in Atlantica whenever she can and thanks to the pearl earrings that King Triton gifted her after she was born, the moment she steps foot into the ocean with them on, her legs transform into a mermaids tail, so she can take her ocean explorations to a whole other level.
