Today, January 21st, we celebrate the 6 year anniversary of the opening of Optus Stadium, so we thought we would throwback to one of our very first events - the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards. We hosted over 800 guests for this national awards night, a month after the official opening of the venue. Guests were treated to a welcome to country and opening address from the field of play by comedian Joel Creasey and Tourism Council CEO Evan Hall. In the ballroom, our in-house audio visual team got creative with projections on the glass. The people behind the technology 🎬 We have proudly partnered with PAV Events since the stadium opened in 2018 for all things audio visual at Optus Stadium. The team are so passionate about showcasing the best existing and new tech to our clients and today's conference is no exception, with slick LED screens and smart lighting.
