I took the image for this in July 2023. It’s the first of the many images I took from the slate walls and floor of the garden outside Hendre Selar. Hendre Selar is a little old cottage with a big heart. Restored lovelingly by my parents in-law and now loved, cherished and looked after by all our family and anyone who visits. This piece transports me there. Its name is simple and uncomplicated which is how life always is when you go to stay. Ladies and gentleman …. Drum roll…. meet “Hendre Seller Garden”. I couldn’t call it just Hendre Selar! It looks nothing like a cottage 😅! But the landscape it represents connects beautifully for me. Hope you like it.
