**Trigger Warning pregnancy loss ** mine and @ericcolsen ’s pregnancy loss story that started the morning of Thanksgiving just a couple weeks ago… I sat there wondering over those days of the unknown “why is this so sad? It’s only been a few weeks.. I know I can try again.. but why do I feel this so deeply?” For anyone who has ever experienced this kind of loss I want you to know that you are not alone. By sharing our stories we allow ourselves to hold space for each other, to process grief, we give ourselves the self love and compassion that we need. Sharing this story has been a vulnerable and emotional rollercoaster but we feel it’s so important. What a dreammmmm to land in this gorgeous town of Lucerne and to stay at @burgenstockresort a stunning village above the clouds. We took a train a fanicular a boat and a car all on one day with 5 kids and visited the cutest Hofbeiz Kulturhof Hinter Musegg farm overlooking the city @hofbeiz_hintermusegg .. we had hot cocoa and met lots of adorable animals and ate berries growing in their garden. #myswitzerland @travelswitzerland_official @myswitzerland #inlovewithswitzerland

Next stop Montreux and an amazing dinner in Vevey at the most delicious restaurant @ze_fork they even made the yummiest gluten free fried chicken for my little GF babe. The food here was some of my favorite of our trip so far AND they made me a Gluten free chocolate lava cake 👀👀👀👀 #inlovewithswitzerland @myswitzerland

This looks like a train date @nikkireed 😂 and yet behind the camera are 5 children a lot of bags, toys, books, @ericcolsen and snacks galore. Riding trains and boats with our Swiss Travel Pass in this country has been a highlight. Nadine opens up about her journey through trauma and a past suicide attempt, and how these experiences fueled her passion for storytelling. She discusses her directorial debut with the award-winning “Continue,” manifesting her dream collaborators (and many other NEXT LEVEL Dazey jaw dropping manifesting moments) as well as discussing her work on the LIONSGATE feature (and one of Teresa’s recent fav movies) “Desperation Road” starring Garrett Hedlund and Mel Gibson. Nadine also shares her mission to raise mental health awareness in America through her nonprofit, Continue On, which helps American youth get the mental health services they need. (Trying this again)✨✨Maybe my most favorite stop on our adventure thus far. The couple in these photos have been married 37 years. They spend 6 months of the year making cheese together on their farm and in winter they take their milk down to the shop in town. As the first signs of spring cover the mountains in Gstaad the fire is lit and the cheese making begins. We tried fresh cheese and cheese aged 1 year. It’s was incredible and Gstaad has my heart. #inlovewithswitzerland #myswitzerland @ericcolsen @nikkireed

We spent the afternoon at Arnensee Mountain Lake with packed lunches of meat, bread, cheese, salads and veggies, kayaking and taking in the most gorgeous surroundings. @myswitzerland this is such an amazing suggestion. #inlovewithswitzerland

✨🙌🏻 @thealpinagstaad took my breath away. The town of Gstaad is the fairy tale village of my dreams. Its green mountains, rolling hills and gorgeous homes are surrounded by the sweet melody of cow bells. Every view feels like a painting. This eco-friendly hotel is like nothing I have ever seen and so incredibly child friendly (they even have a water slide for the kids) More to come… @myswitzerland #inlovewithswitzerland
