Recently, some lucky Kookaburra kids had a day of connection and resilience building at Caversham Wildlife Park, making new friends while getting to cuddle up to koalas, wombats and some very friendly kangaroos. 🐨

Meet Jackson, a resilient 19-year-old with epilepsy and an intellectual disability, who's rewriting his story with the incredible support of @swandistrictsfc ! 🏉
Jackson isn't just playing footy; he's stepping up as a mentor for young people with disability. Through the Swans Elevate mentoring program, he's helping others to maximise opportunities, and improve well-being.
Thanks to the generous support from Telethon, Swan Districts Football Club can deliver life-changing programs such as these, that enrich the lives of over 200 young people with disability, fostering a strong sense of community in Western Australia.

For 56 years and counting, we have been raising money for sick kids in WA, and @bankwest has been supporting us from the start! 🎉
Paul Jeffery volunteered counting donations at the bank for the very first Telethon. Since then, Bankwest staff have clocked over 20,000 hours volunteering for Telethon.
As part of their 'Give a little. Get a little back' campaign, Bankwest has put QR codes on buses, billboards, and train stations urging donations to Telethon.
