Regret can be painful, of course. But this emotion is not dangerous or abnormal, a deviation from the steady path to happiness. It is healthy and universal, an integral part of being human. Tap the link in our bio to read @danielpink ’s advice on how regret makes us better.
Absolutely, BECAUSE when you know better- you do better!

Regret regulates us to re-evaluate. Otherwise we may never learn from the errors of our ways! Love the nuanced reading of regret and its many forms!

I had twins during Covid, I spent time with my daughter during the day, who was in the children’s hospital for 3 months before she passed, and I spent the nights with her brother because I was breast feeding and was not allowed to bring him into the hospital.. I regret not spending nights with her I was not there to comfort her cry’s, and missing his first 3 months during the day, to spend it with her.. it’s painful for me to think about.

It can take decades before you realize the importance of living every single second of your life. When you do this, it’s hard to regret any part of your life.

Lady O I ran out of characters on the debate I want to acknowledge that President Biden got rid of a lot of bogus student loans that had been paid in full and 35 years later that systems making us pay what we already paid he had his team find the problem and fixed mine they were taking my social security money for a couple of years and I didn’t owe I didn’t get my 8,000 back but they owe me I hope I see that money but he stopped them for taking my money my dads social security checks paid for my schooling a scholarship and I worked at the school and signed that check over to them too 2 others paid in full too and the school closed before a lot of them never got their diplomas so they really need to stop it so great that he did that take a lot of stress out of my life
