Halo-Halo, meaning "mix-mix," is the perfect name for the country's much loved dessert's colorful and flavorful combination.
A shaved ice treat introduced during the early 20th century, made using local ingredients such as sweetened beans, fruits, jellies, and leche flan.
Our take on this popular dessert features a finely shaved milk ice, homemade lech flan, fermented ube halaya, pinipig, buko pandan made with fresh pandan and topped with creamy ube and vanilla bean ice cream.
